Terms of Service

Welcome to SportzAuction ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). SportzAuction is an auction management and tracking software tool operated by an individual based in India. The Platform allows users to create, manage, and track auctions conducted offline by the users themselves. By accessing or using SportzAuction, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

SportzAuction is only a software tool for managing and tracking auctions. • SportzAuction does not conduct, host, organize, control, or participate in any auction. • All auctions are conducted independently and offline by users. • SportzAuction does not facilitate gambling, betting, or gaming of any kind. • Any points, bid values, or amounts displayed on the Platform are informational only and are not real-money transactions conducted by SportzAuction.

• The Platform is open to users aged 8 years and above. • Users below 18 years must use the Platform with parental or legal guardian consent. • By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

• Users must create an account to access certain features. • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree that: • All information you provide is accurate and lawful. • You are fully responsible for auctions you create and manage. • You are responsible for all data, images, and content you upload, including player details, team details, logos, and payment screenshots. • Any verification of player registration fees or payments is handled solely by the auction organizer, not by SportzAuction.

• SportzAuction may charge a one-time fee per auction for access to certain software features. • Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway. • SportzAuction does not store or process card, bank, or UPI details. • No refunds are provided once an auction is created. • Access to paid features is granted only after successful payment.

• SportzAuction does not verify the accuracy, legality, or authenticity of user-generated content. • We are not responsible for disputes between users, organizers, players, teams, or spectators. • We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

• SportzAuction may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, violations, or unlawful activity. • Account deletion by users is not currently available and may be implemented in the future. • Certain data may be retained after termination for legal, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • SportzAuction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. • We are not responsible for losses arising from user-conducted auctions or offline transactions.

• We may update these Terms from time to time. • Updates will be posted on the Platform. • Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India. • All disputes shall be subject to the courts of India.
