Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to payments made to SportzAuction for access to software features. SportzAuction is an auction management and tracking software tool. Fees paid are for software usage only.

2. No Refund Policy

All fees paid to SportzAuction are non-refundable once an auction is created. This includes, but is not limited to: • User error • Change of plans • Cancellation of an auction • Failure to conduct an auction offline

3. Payment Failures

• Access to paid features is granted only after successful payment. • Failed or pending payments do not grant access to any paid features. • SportzAuction is not responsible for issues caused by payment gateway failures, bank issues, or network errors.

4. Third-Party Payment Gateways

• Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. • SportzAuction does not store or process card, bank, or UPI details. • Any disputes related to payment processing must first be raised with the payment gateway.
