SportzAuction is an auction management and tracking software tool. Fees paid are for software usage only.
2. No Refund Policy
All fees paid to SportzAuction are non-refundable once an auction is created.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• User error
• Change of plans
• Cancellation of an auction
• Failure to conduct an auction offline
3. Payment Failures
• Access to paid features is granted only after successful payment.
• Failed or pending payments do not grant access to any paid features.
• SportzAuction is not responsible for issues caused by payment gateway failures, bank issues, or network errors.
4. Third-Party Payment Gateways
• Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.
• SportzAuction does not store or process card, bank, or UPI details.
• Any disputes related to payment processing must first be raised with the payment gateway.
